Our stay was good thanks to the central position where Casa di Zoe is located.
The bathroom that was outside the room. Is not comfortable that you need to get out all the time you need to use the toilet. Our room was near the breakfast room so in the early morning was very noisy.
The position is amazing, exactly in the center of Palermo near shops, restaurants... The access to the kitchen is free all day.

Great Pension close to everything
It is just a fine place. Clean, air conditioned, private shomeroom, OK breakfast, 7 min walk to train sstation, 6 min walk to big modern supermarket. Good WiFi. The page on booking.com says everyone gits a bottle of wine. I didn't but I still wont complain. I am staying at Casa di JZoe again real soon in fact!!!

Area can be noisy at night but it is a city.
Outstanding staff and owner. Gerino may have been the most helpful host I have encountered in over 40 years of travel.

clean and centrally located family owned B&B
The place is very central. The owner and his family are very friendly. Breakfast is as good as most Italian breakfast are, a coffee pastry(s), some yogurt, juice. Very clean and neat. The bathroom is across the hall but they provide you with a bathrobe, I didn't find it a problem. Great value for the money. I'd go back.

Thank you for the hospitality!
A very nice place, with friendly and helpful people. Clean bathrooms and rooms with nice decoration and beautiful view. Every morning tasteful breakfast. Location of La Casa Di Zoe is into the centre of town. Recommended 100%.

A Good B&B for the price.
I decided to travel without the use of my cell phone, a real vacation. Yet it seemed like there was an expectation - if I had questions I would have to call they owner. If I had more than rudimentary Italian, I would have found out that the lady that made breakfast and cleaned the room were not a relative. Though on the last day I found out who was the contact. It would be best to ask who should be the contact. To get in we needed to call at the front door. I was lucking enough that someone was coming out the front door of the building, since there was no door bell paired with the B&B.
The breakfast was continental and was punctual. It was sufficient. I had the room that had an attatched bathroom. It was great in that it had a balcony that you could look upland down Via Roma. Though the balcony is not large enough to put a chair on the balcony.
